Job summary

Labcorp in Dublin, OH is hiring a Specimen Processor to join our clinical laboratory team. You will receive and sort specimens, prepare samples for testing, and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma with a preference for candidates with lab or specimen processing experience. Training is provided, and benefits and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfortable handling biological specimens.
• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and sort clinical lab specimens.
• Prepare specimens for testing and analysis.
• Scan and/or data entry of specimen and patient information.
• Ensure lab equipment is working and perform minor maintenance.
• Troubleshoot specimen-related issues.
• Replenish test bench supplies as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete record logs and other admin duties.
• Follow SOPs to ensure safety and quality.
