Highland Hospital is seeking a full-time Laboratory Assistant Supervisor to join our Core Laboratory team in Rochester, NY. This role works 40 hours weekly, nights 11:00pm–7:30am with rotating holidays, and may perform Lead Technologist duties as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Medical Laboratory Technology or NYS licensure and has strong multitasking and communication skills, plus 4 years of CLT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BS in Medical Laboratory Technology or NYS licensure required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist preferred.
• NYSDOE/NYS license for Clinical Laboratory Technologist required.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask.
