Lighthouse Lab Services is partnering with a leading hospital system in White Plains, NY to recruit an Assistant Laboratory Supervisor for a full-time night shift. This role is ideal for an experienced laboratory professional with proven leadership who mentors teams, drives operational excellence, and ensures high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital laboratory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MLS/CLS or related field is required.
• New York State CLT license required.
• Lead Technologist or Laboratory Supervisor experience is required.
• Strong hospital clinical laboratory background is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight lab operations and ensure timely, accurate results.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to night shift staff.
• Coordinate daily staffing and workflow to meet department needs.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, NYS and hospital standards.
• Support process improvements with laboratory leadership.
