Incredible Health is actively hiring a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) in Naperville, IL to support obstetric patients. Qualifications

• ADN or higher from an accredited program
• Active and unencumbered RN license
• 1+ years in Labor and Delivery or related field preferred
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork with physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
• Proficiency with EHR systems and labor and delivery equipment

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers with obstetric team
• Monitor vitals, contractions, and fetal heart rates with timely interventions
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor epidural and IV fluids
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families
• Document patient status and treatment outcomes per guidelines
