Job summary

Incredible Health is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for the Elizabeth, NJ area to join a high‑acuity care team. The role involves close collaboration with obstetricians, monitoring laboring patients, and providing compassionate support to families.

Requirements include ADN or higher, active RN license, 1+ years of L&D experience, and BLS/ACLS certifications. This on-site position offers a night shift with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for cross-training.

Qualifications

RN license required or active and unencumbered.
1+ years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
BLS and ACLS certifications required or preferred.
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with physicians and nurses.
Familiarity with EHR systems and standard L&D equipment.

Responsibilities

Care planning and implementation for laboring patients in collaboration with obstetricians.
Monitor vital signs, contractions, and fetal heart rates; intervene as needed.
Administer medications and epidurals per orders and policies.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and families throughout labor.
Document patient status and outcomes per guidelines and regulations.
