Qualifications

• Experience with wire harness and cable assembly production.
• Proficiency with computerized machine controls and data entry.
• Skilled with basic measuring tools (tape measure, calipers).
• Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor Komax wire processing machines (cut‑and‑strip, crimping, twisting).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper function.
• Inspect finished wiring harnesses and document production data and machine settings.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with supervisors/engineers to improve processes and meet production schedules.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
