Job summary

Key responsibilities include setting up and running machines, performing routine maintenance, inspecting products, and recording production data.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical competence, troubleshooting, and attention to detail.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Experience with wire harness and cable assembly production.
• Experience with computerized machine controls.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools like calipers.
• Able to stand for long shifts; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor Komax wire processing machines, including cut-and-strip, crimping, and twisting machines.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure accurate machine functioning.
• Inspect finished wire products for quality and document production data, machine settings, and any issues.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE.
• Produce wiring harnesses according to the production schedule and collaborate with supervisors and engineers to improve processes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
