Qualifications

• Strong mechanical competence and troubleshooting ability with focus on quality.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, technical docs, and blueprints.
• Experience with wire harness and cable assembly production and data entry.
• Proficient with basic measuring tools (tape, calipers).
• Able to stand through shift and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Team-oriented and able to cooperate with peers and supervisors.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor Komax wire processing machines (cut-and-strip, crimping, twisting).
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure correct machine function.
• Inspect finished wiring products and document production data and machine settings.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety protocols including PPE.
• Produce wiring harnesses per production schedule and collaborate with supervisors/engineers to improve processes.
• Accept additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
