Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years manufacturing experience in similar positions.
• Apprenticeship or formal training completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment and keep it running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot problems, suggest repairs, and minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints or sketches.
• Operate forklifts, manlifts, ladders and scaffolds as needed.
• Document work in SAP and support continuous improvement efforts.
