Job summary

Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing, Inc. is seeking Journeyman Plumbers for its tenant improvement team to support commercial new construction and TI projects. The position involves a night schedule, Sunday through Thursday from 9 p.m.

to 6 a.m., with available overtime and requires at least four years of relevant experience. Candidates must possess a valid driver license, pass a pre-employment drug test, and demonstrate proficient verbal and written English.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial plumbing experience required.
• Valid driver license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Verbal and written English literacy for communication

Responsibilities

• Demo and install plumbing pipes such as PVC, ABS, Cast Iron (no hub) and copper.
• Mount new fixtures and trim per manufacturer specifications and codes.
• Install services for grease traps, sump pumps, sanitary waste, water systems and utilities in a commercial retail environment.
• Read and layout from blueprints, plans and isometrics drawings.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and policies; work safely.
• Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department
