Qualifications
- Three or more years of maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing/military setting.
- Three or more years of mechanical troubleshooting experience.
- Experience reading technical drawings/schematics.
- Experience in mechanical fabrication and repair, component replacement.
- Experience with fast-paced troubleshooting to repair equipment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment per plant policies and procedures.
- Help meet production, waste, and quality goals through maintenance programs.
- Install and repair mechanical components, welding and fabrication tasks.
- Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Work all shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Perform physically demanding tasks and work in confined spaces.
- Follow lock out/tag out safety practices.
