Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a security clearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate’s degree.
• 1 year of experience in janitorial work and experience as a team lead/supervisor.
• 2+ years of related experience OR equivalent combination of education, experience and/or military training.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• For positions that require driving, must maintain a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage, and be able to travel as needed if you drive your vehicle during company business.

Responsibilities

• Perform all cleaning tasks alongside assigned cleaning crew while monitoring their work.
• Assign work schedules.
• Plan and communicate areas to be cleaned each shift.
• Order supplies and make sure equipment is in working order.
• Train on proper cleaning methods, equipment and chemicals usage, and safety rules and regulations.
• Inspect results of work.
• Assist manager by providing input for team member performance appraisals.
• Attend monthly unit meetings.
• Report problems to Project Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and responding to questions and/or concerns in a positive, professional, and friendly manner.
