TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking an Ironworker Craftsman 2 for the Night Shift on the HRSG project in Vicksburg, MS. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, fabricating and erecting structural steel, and coordinating hoisting activities on an industrial site.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and technical specs.
• Capable of using hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Read specifications to determine material quantities and sizes.
• Fabricate metal parts per blueprints and instructions.
• Unload and position prefabricated steel using cranes.
• Verify alignment with plumb bobs, lasers, or levels.
• Cut, bend or weld steel pieces with appropriate equipment.
• Position and bolt structural members for riveting or welding.
• Assemble hoisting equipment to move heavy materials.
