Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Inventory/Distribution professional to manage receiving, ordering, stocking, and distribution of clinical and non-clinical supplies. The role focuses on accurate ordering, timely delivery, and maintaining inventory integrity across departments.

You will use ERP systems to document movements, participate in cycle counts, and work with Supply Chain to optimize par levels and address shortages. This is a full-time on-site position in Phoenix.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; or 5 years in Inventory, Materials Management, or Supply Chain.
• 1 year of experience in customer service.
• 1 year of experience in a supply chain inventory or distribution role.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of health care Supply Chain management.
• Electric Pallet Jack Training Certification.
• Current and valid Arizona Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Place routine and ad hoc supply orders and stock supplies to all locations based on priorities and policies.
• Receive incoming shipments into ERP and confirm units of measure and dispensing units; resolve damages, back orders, substitutions.
• Maintain inventory records using ERP systems and perform regular cycle counts for stock accuracy.
• Provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency and adjust par levels for slow-moving items.
• Coordinate deliveries to off-site clinics or facilities as needed and fill shifts when required.
