Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years recent experience in inventory control.
• Experience with hospital supply chains preferred.
• Able to follow simple instructions and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone promptly and take accurate messages for supply orders.
• Pull medical products from shelves and restock automated supply stations.
• Log inventory counts on worksheets or PDTs and monitor par levels.
• Ensure product integrity and expiration dates; rotate stock.
• Maintain records and support year‑end inventory.
• Communicate effectively with staff and supervisors.
