Job summary

Beasley Forest Products, a division of the Beasley Group, is seeking an Inventory Clerk for night shift in Hazlehurst, GA. The role focuses on accurate inventory control, organized warehouse operations, and timely distribution of materials to production teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in an industrial environment
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to work night shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for lumber, maintenance parts, supplies, and other warehouse materials
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips
• Record inventory transactions in inventory management systems and maintain accurate documentation
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations
• Distribute materials and supplies to maintenance and production staff as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and report reorder needs to supervisors
• Assist with shipping, labeling, and warehouse documentation
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements
• Support night shift production and perform other assigned duties
