Beasley Forest Products is seeking a dependable Inventory Clerk for night shift to support operations at the Hazlehurst facility. The role emphasizes accurate inventory control, organized warehouse practices, and timely distribution of materials to production and maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has basic data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift 50+ pounds in a fast-paced industrial environment while adhering to safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Previous experience in inventory, warehousing, or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Basic computer and data entry skills are desired.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds in an industrial environment.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for lumber, maintenance parts, supplies, and other warehouse materials.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Record inventory transactions in inventory management systems and maintain accurate documentation.
• Perform cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize, label, and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Distribute materials and supplies to maintenance and production staff as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report reorder needs to supervisors.
• Assist with shipping, labeling, and warehouse documentation.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.
• Support night shift production and perform other assigned duties.
