Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in Sandston, VA is seeking a Lead Inventory Clerk to manage all Warehouse Inventory Control Processes and ensure accurate records per company policies. You will lead physical counts, investigate discrepancies, and support continuous improvement in inventory accuracy while collaborating with Warehouse Management and Operations.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, PIT certification, and the ability to work in a noisy, non-climate controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3 - 5 years of work experience in a similar role.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification including Pallet Jack and Forklift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Research inventory discrepancies and resolve where possible.
• Complete inventory documentation and processes for audit readiness.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends affecting control.
• Train and lead inventory personnel and drive process improvements.
• Support and motivate a team to meet goals and deadlines.
• Communicate improvements to warehouse management and other departments.
