Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience preferred.
• PIT Certification including Pallet Jack and Forklift required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, assist, and direct activities with the physical counts to ensure accurate inventory levels.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and document findings.
• Ensure all inventory documentation and processes are completed, reviewed, and filed.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends impacting control and communicate findings to leadership.
• Train and lead inventory personnel and continuously improve processes.
• Communicate improvements with warehouse management, operations, and planners.
• Support, lead, and motivate a team to meet goals and safety practices.
• Provide on-the-job coaching and development to teammates.
• Implement continuous improvement while maintaining customer focus and company values.
