Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a warehouse associate to compile and maintain records of inventory, both physical and virtual, through daily cycle counts, claims processing, and accounts administration in the facility. You will manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products, and coordinate with teams to ensure inventory integrity.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand instructions in the official language.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and work in varying storage conditions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records.
• Put together data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
• Determine stock supply and need for replenishment.
• Look into damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
• Find product and verify correct product IDs; assist in cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Verify shipping order accuracy against catalogs, manuals, and product lists.
• Review files to identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
