Job summary

Performance Food Group (New) in Lebanon, TN is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator for the night shift. You will monitor and maintain inventory accuracy and compile records of material, type and value of stock across our distribution process.

The role requires the 10:00pm-6:30am schedule, standing and lifting up to 60-90 lbs, and experience with multi-temperature environments. AS400 and PMHE experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Ability to communicate information accurately.
• Stable work history with reliability and dependability.
• Post-offer drug test and criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Counts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts total inventory records.
• Compares inventories to office records or computing figures from records.
• Verifies clerical computations against physical stock counts and adjusts errors.
• Compiles receipts or disbursements of materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies.
• Monitors inventory rotations and makes recommendations as needed.
• Prepares reports such as inventory balances, weekly cycle counts, and production breakdowns.
• Reviews and investigates daily reports; maintains shrink at or below standard.
• Prepares list of depleted items and surveys defective/unusable items.
