Job summary

PAC Worldwide is seeking a Night Shift Packer in Bethlehem to load products off the line into cartons according to specifications. The role requires standing for long periods, routine quality checks, and teamwork to keep up with machine throughput.

Excellent reading of instructions and safety rules is essential. The position includes a night schedule (7pm–7am) with a $2.10 shift differential, in a manufacturing environment prioritizing safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of reading work instructions.
• Must be capable of reading safety rules.
• Must be capable of reading a ruler and operating a calculator.
• Must be able to adapt and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be capable of maintaining good attendance.
• Ability to work as a member of a team.
• At least six (6) months of manufacturing work history desired.

Responsibilities

• Pack product off machine per orientation on stacking diagrams.
• Pack product into cartons without deforming the product.
• Maintain a pace that keeps up with machine throughput capabilities.
• Must become fully proficient in packing at least one core product type.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed (based on production and department needs).
