Job summary

Novolex is hiring an Inspector Packer to support our packaging operations. The role involves inspecting products for quality, packing items into cases, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment on a Sun-Thu night shift from 10:30pm to 6:30am.

Eligible for weekly pay, annual and skill-based wage increases, and a monthly productivity-based bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, 401(k) with company match, wellness bonuses, and flexible spending

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift, standing and walking for extended periods
• Ambulate independently
• Heed safety warnings, devices and alarms
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean and friendly work environment
• Visually inspect product for quality compliance
• Ensure customer requirements are met or exceeded
• Make up and pack boxes with respective product, ensuring that product is not mixed
• Meet daily production requirements
• Properly identify each case that is packed
• Assist with grinding of scrap materials as required
• Assist with training responsibilities as required
• Other duties as necessary
