Job summary

Tanager, Linn County's first children's human services agency, seeks a Youth Service Worker for the Inpatient Team. You will provide direct, client-centered care to youth, ensure safety and wellbeing, and lead activities that promote growth, trust, and resilience during 10-hour night shifts from 10:00pm to 8:00am.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years old or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year of direct care experience with children, youth, or families.

• Build therapeutic relationships rooted in respect, empathy, and consistency.
