Job summary

Silgan Specialty Packaging LLC is seeking a manufacturing operator to support injection molding operations in West Virginia. You will start up machines, monitor production quality, pull samples for checks, and document performance and any nonconformities.

Maintain a clean, safe workspace and prepare end-of-shift paperwork for the next team. This role requires adherence to safety rules and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production paperwork for machine start-up and operation.
• Monitor machine operation and ensure parts are counted and boxed.
• Pull samples for quality checks and report nonconformities to QA.
• Label and tape boxes, and stack for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area and assist with end-of-shift paperwork.
