Ultradent is seeking a Molding Process Technician to monitor and adjust injection molding equipment in a night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM (SUN-TH, 5/8 schedule). Responsibilities include mold setup, color changes, press tonnage and mold protection, tool setup for robotics, and documentation prior to production release.

The ideal candidate will contribute to continuous improvement, maintain quality standards, and perform proper material and tooling handling.

Qualifikationen

• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge and use of tools.
• Familiar with quality systems.
• Familiar with measurements and quality tools.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Demonstrated problem solving and root/cause analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively.
• Familiarity with mold tooling and components 0-3 Years

Aufgaben

• Pull and set injection molds (aim for ready to start set-up).
• Completes color changes.
• Ensure that press tonnage setting & mold damage protection is set.
• Departmental cleaning.
• Set up End of Arm tooling for robotic part removal.
• Prepping for upcoming set ups.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement.
• Ensure all quality and production documentation is prepared prior to releasing to production.
• Responsible for proper handling and care of all materials, molds and tooling.
• Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company goals and objectives.
