Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and ensure shop rules are followed.
• Collaborate with process techs and QC team for efficient turnover between shifts.
• Complete production reports, machine setups, process data in Maximo.
• Assist with process setup including mold, press, and automation setups.
• Monitor cycle times and keep scrap to a minimum.
• Support other departments to ensure product quality meets customer expectations.
