Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Product Test & Calibration role in DeLand, FL. The position handles injection molding operations, process validation, and continuous improvement on a night shift from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, Tuesday through Saturday.

You will work closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure safe, compliant production and equipment maintenance. The role requires 2+ years in injection molding and a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with injection molding processes.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process injection molding machines to run mold processes within validated parameters.
• Troubleshoot injection molding processes using scientific molding techniques.
• Setup the production floor and monitor kanban/shop order levels.
• Assist engineering with molding validations following procedures and using scientific molding techniques.
• Attend tier meetings and communicate floor needs to management to drive production goals.
• Set molds in machines safely using a hoist and proper clamping method.
• Assist in root cause investigations for quality defects on the floor.
