Responsibilities

• Tend injection molding machines: open gate, remove and trim parts, and verify quality before packing.
• Conduct in-process inspections and perform secondary operations or rework as needed.
• Record production metrics: good parts, scrap/rejects, and downtime; strive to exceed standards.
• Package products per MCP requirements and maintain clean, safe press areas with 5S housekeeping.
• Read and follow operating manuals, work instructions, master samples, process alerts, and procedures.
