Job summary

Forvia, a global automotive technology leader, is seeking a Production Supervisor in the United States. You will drive QCD performance within designated groups, set targets, implement plans and track results to foster continuous improvement, and lead problem-solving workshops.

You will also manage personnel issues, develop your team, and uphold Group Health, Safety & Environment standards to ensure safe, compliant operations on the afternoon shift (3 PM - 11:30 PM).

Qualifications

• Associate degree or diploma with production/engineering focus.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in production, automotive preferred.
• Afternoon shift 3 PM–11:30 PM availability required.
