Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate night-shift production activities to meet output targets.
• Lead a production team, assign tasks, and monitor KPIs for safety, quality, and throughput.
• Troubleshoot processes, implement improvements, and control costs.
• Maintain safe, clean conditions and accurate production records.
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering on escalations and problem solving.
