Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; knowledge of injection molding and plastics.
• Computer literate with good communication skills.
• Experience supervising molding operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the molding departments to ensure quality and on-time production.
• Train employees to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Enforce Food Safety, GMP, and safety rules and guidelines.
• Coordinate with maintenance for mold repairs and setup; troubleshoot machines.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and maintain required documentation.
