Job summary

PHOENIX CLOSURES is seeking an Overnight Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of the Production departments, train staff to maximize productivity, minimize waste and downtime, and maintain a clean, safe environment that meets OSHA and GMP standards.

The role requires directing crews, coordinating with maintenance, and ensuring on-time quality parts while adhering to safety procedures and company policies. Minimum molding supervisory experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; knowledge of injection molding processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of plastics.
• Computer literate; good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the Production departments to ensure on-time, quality products.
• Train employees to maximize productivity and minimize waste and downtime.
• Enforce safety and GMP standards in the plant.
• Communicate priorities and changes; manage overtime and staffing.
• Coordinate with maintenance and Mold Techs on repairs.
• Prepare shift reports and end-of-shift documentation.

Education
