Qualifications

• 5 years of manufacturing experience as a high-level operator/tech.
• 5 years of injection-molding experience.
• Experience or technical knowledge demonstrating high-level mechanics.
• Aptitude and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication with maintenance, process engineering, and management.

Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting support and guidance through level 2 line technicians.
• Assist in production start-ups.
• Train lesser-skilled technicians in both technical duties and good working practices.
• Communicate daily with shift management to target problem areas.
• Follow all company rules and perform general set-up and shut-down tasks.
