Hamilton Kent LLC is seeking an Injection Molder to support our Winchester, TN manufacturing team on a night shift schedule. You will operate injection molding machines, load materials, inspect outputs, and ensure quality while maintaining a clean work area.

The role requires basic literacy, the ability to follow instructions, and dependable attendance. We offer a compressed 3-day week, with competitive pay and benefits eligibility after 30 days, plus opportunities for training and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic digital literacy and ability to complete production documentation.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Must be able to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Load materials into machines and monitor production processes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package components according to production requirements.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Identify and report quality concerns or safety hazards.
• Follow all safety, environmental, quality, and production procedures.
• Work independently while meeting productivity goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production.
