• Monitor and maintain AMR fleets and material handling carts.
• Execute and verify mold and tooling changeovers to ensure safe and efficient production startup.
• Perform equipment readiness checks and monitor machine performance throughout the shift.
• Track cycle times, scrap rates, and product quality metrics.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections.
• Troubleshoot molding, tooling, robotic, and process-related issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and basic equipment repairs.
• Maintain process documentation and standardized work instructions.
• Support Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure 2S1F standards, safety requirements, and environmental policies are followed.
• Communicate production, quality, and equipment concerns to supervision and engineering teams.

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.)

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred.
• Lead Operator or Team Leader experience is a plus.
• Mold setting and crane operation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and quality inspection techniques.
• Basic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing equipment.
• Familiarity with Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Physical & Work Environment

• Manufacturing environment with injection molding equipment, robotics, and autonomous mobile robots.
• Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, and working around machinery.
• Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Exposure to heat, humidity, moving mechanical equipment, and moderate noise levels.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
