Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.)

Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain injection molding processes, equipment, and automation systems.
- Monitor and maintain AMR fleets and material handling carts.
- Execute and verify mold and tooling changeovers to ensure safe and efficient production startup.
- Perform equipment readiness checks and monitor machine performance throughout the shift.
- Track cycle times, scrap rates, and product quality metrics.
- Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final quality inspections.
- Troubleshoot molding, tooling, robotic, and process-related issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and basic equipment repairs.
- Maintain process documentation and standardized work instructions.
- Support Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure 2S1F standards, safety requirements, and environmental policies are followed.
- Communicate production, quality, and equipment concerns to supervision and engineering teams.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required.
- 5+ years of manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred.
- Lead Operator or Team Leader experience is a plus.
- Mold setting and crane operation experience preferred.
- Knowledge of injection molding processes, materials, and quality inspection techniques.
- Basic troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem‑solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean Manufacturing principles preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Physical & Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment with injection molding equipment, robotics, and autonomous mobile robots.
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing stairs, and working around machinery.
- Occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Exposure to heat, humidity, moving mechanical equipment, and moderate noise levels.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required based on production needs.
