Hamilton Kent LLC in Winchester, TN is seeking an Injection Molder to operate vertical injection molding equipment safely and efficiently on a night shift (Mon-Wed, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM). This full-time position offers a compressed 3-day schedule and opportunities to advance within a stable, team‑oriented manufacturing environment producing rubber components.

You’ll load materials, monitor processes, inspect parts, document production data, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn production equipment.
• Basic digital literacy and ability to complete production documentation.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines and related equipment.
• Load materials into machines and monitor production processes.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package components according to production requirements.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Identify and report quality concerns, machine issues, or safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety, environmental, quality, and production procedures.
• Work independently while meeting productivity expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production requirements.
