Job summary

Stryten Energy in Columbus, Indiana is hiring for a 3rd shift production operator from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Sunday night through Friday morning. The role offers $22.52 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, plus weekly pay and a strong benefits package.

Operators will run multiple plastic injection molding presses, perform quality checks, document production data, and assist in training colleagues. 2+ years in manufacturing and MS Office proficiency are expected, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production setting.
• Working knowledge of MS Word/Excel and entering data into a production database.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple plastic injection molding presses safely and efficiently.
• Document and maintain production information, manually and electronically.
• Perform visual quality inspections and resolve issues with QA.
• Assist in training other employees on machinery and processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow 5S practices.
