Job summary

Stryten Energy in Columbus, IN, is seeking production operators for a 3rd shift (11pm–7am, Sun night to Thu night). You will operate multiple plastic injection molding presses, perform quality inspections, document production data, and work with team members to meet safety, quality, and production targets.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in manufacturing, basic MS Office skills, and a willingness to work overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in manufacturing/production setting.
• Strong MS Office (Word, Excel) and production database entry.
• Knowledge of audit and corrective action processes.
• Team player with excellent written and verbal communication.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Attendance is critical; willingness to overtime including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Follow core beliefs and safety rules; wear PPE.
• Meet productivity and scheduling targets.
• Operate multiple plastic injection molding presses.
• Document production information manually and electronically.
• Perform visual quality inspections of products.
• Assist in training other employees on operation and quality inspection.
• Identify inspection errors and communicate issues to QA/Maintenance.
• Report inspection failures and out-of-tolerance conditions to supervision.
