Nylabone in Monroe, NJ is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to handle electrical and mechanical projects, troubleshoot equipment, perform repairs and preventive maintenance across our facilities. The role requires knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics, experience with injection molding systems, and the ability to work overtime with a flexible weekend schedule.

You will use power and hand tools, follow manuals, install and tune molding machines, and help keep production

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as an industrial mechanic.
• Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics.
• Skill in applying building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work overtime with a flex schedule on weekends.
• Requires some pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs various manufacturing equipment.
• Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
• Performs preventive maintenance on engines, motors, and production machines.
• Installs and tunes new injection molding machines or similar systems.
• Oils, greases, and adds gas to equipment as required.
• Maintains safety by addressing hazards and ensuring safe practices.
• Conserves maintenance resources to complete job results.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
