Job summary

ABM is seeking a Stationary Engineer in Charlotte, NC to perform scheduled maintenance, safety inspections and repairs to HVAC and related equipment. You will follow safe practices and comply with company and regulatory standards, operating a range of boiler, chiller and cooling tower systems on site.

Schedule: Monday to Friday nights 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Pay is based on experience and licensing, with a 15% shift differential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and safety inspections of HVAC equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform repairs on diverse machinery.
• Must be flexible to complete assigned tasks and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and safety inspections on site equipment.
• Repair and troubleshoot boiler, chiller, and cooling tower systems.
• Operate and assist in operating HVAC equipment as required.
