The maintenance technician will work a night shift (7:45pm–8:00am) and earn an hourly wage of $27.70–$35.00, based on responsibilities and geographic location. The role focuses on keeping production and operations running safely and efficiently, with essential duties such as

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to understand and interpret gauges, tools, and instruments relating to product quality and equipment repair.
• Must have a good working knowledge of electricity and troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Knowledge and experience with PLCs, drives are preferred.
• Experience in welding with MIG and/or arc welder preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment in a timely, complete, and cost-effective manner.
• Perform duties to maintain production machines and other facility equipment.
• Check and inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance. Reports findings to management.
• Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking system.
• Identifies and recommends corrections on electrical issues through knowledge of drives and PLCs.
• Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and extended down time.
• Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
• Respond quickly to issues or concerns that may put employees at risk for injury, to include rectifying immediate dangers.
• Maintain building safety and appearance including utilities, ventilation, housekeeping and plumbing.
• Communicate existing and potential issues with group leaders/maintenance manager.
• Other related duties as assigned.
