Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for night shift in Lee's Summit, MO. The role involves installation and repair of plant equipment, preventive and reactive maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include following safety policies, monitoring quality, and performing diverse maintenance tasks. The position requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure, with travel limited.

Qualificações

• Two year Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field is preferred.
• A minimum of five years Industrial Maintenance Technician experience is preferred.
• Interacts with managers, employees, vendors, and customers; strong communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Focuses on producing quality by monitoring quality levels and adjusting processes.
• Maintains plant performance to budgeted goals and installs/maintains production equipment.
• Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs and performs scheduled maintenance.
• Reads and interprets manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Uses hand and power tools and measuring instruments for maintenance work.
• Trains production staff on proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
