Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Foundational electrical skills in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine service: cleaning, lubrication, part alignment/adjustment, and calibration.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment; source and install replacement parts.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across plant systems to minimize downtime.
• Analyze equipment failures and propose improvements to availability, capability, and yield.
• Create clear maintenance documentation and technical reports for modifications and procedures.
