Job summary

Staffmark is actively seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for the night shift. The role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills, plus experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, and material handling systems.

The position offers a 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM rotating 12-hour schedule with a base pay of $28.00/hour and a $2.00/hour shift differential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Technology, or related field.
• Equivalent combination of education, technical training, and hands-on maintenance experience considered.
• Must complete Forklift, Scissor Lift, and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) certification training.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, manuals, and maintenance docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems.
• Inspect equipment, identify malfunctions, and replace defective components to maintain operations.
• Install, assemble, and maintain machinery, valves, pressure regulators, gauges and related equipment.
• Operate lathes, grinders, drills, milling machines, welding equipment, and cutting tools to fabricate parts.
• Repair and maintain facility systems and structures as needed.
• Complete maintenance work orders accurately and safely; assist continuous improvement initiatives.
