Job summary

MI Windows and Doors LLC in Gratz, PA is seeking a Maintenance Tech II to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production machines and facility equipment. This role supports safety and efficiency goals through preventive and reactive maintenance within a 5am–5pm Friday to Sunday shift.

The ideal candidate will read manuals and work orders, diagnose problems, replace parts, and perform routine preventive maintenance while ensuring clean, organized work areas and strict safety compliance.

Qualifications

Maintenance tech with ability to install and repair production equipment.
Experience with mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Reading manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
Safety compliance and clean, orderly work areas.

Responsibilities

Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs during production and scheduled maintenance.
Perform simple machinist duties and responsibility.
Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts and test adjustments.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.
Use hand/power tools, meters, and material handling equipment.
Report unusual situations to supervision and ensure safety.
