Mercury Plastics is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Middlefield, Ohio facility. The role supports all facility and production equipment with emphasis on safety, reliability, and efficiency.

Shift is 11 pm–7 am, Sunday through Thursday, offering hourly compensation based on experience. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, and electrical/fluid power training.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Electrical/Fluid power training or certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Self-starter, dependable, flexible with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work safely and maintain a clean work environment.
• Identify and resolve maintenance requests on production equipment.
• Keep equipment in safe operating condition.
• Prioritize and manage multiple work areas and sites.
• Complete work orders, PM rounds, repairs, and general maintenance.
• Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs.
