Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our Humble, TX 3rd shift manufacturing operations. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.

Ideal candidates have hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, PLC troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with 480V systems, VFDs, motors, sensors, and automation, while following SQF, HACCP, and GMP standards for

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
Hands-on PLC troubleshooting in an industrial setting.
Experience with 480V electrical systems and VFDs.
Ability to read electrical diagrams and OEM documentation.
Experience documenting maintenance activities in a CMMS.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
Troubleshoot PLCs and automated control systems.
Maintain electrical systems up to 480 volts and repair related components.
Read schematics and OEM docs to support repairs.
Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and support RCA.
