Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for the night shift (8pm - 4am) at our Humble, TX facility. You will maintain all production equipment, ensure SQF/HACCP/GMP compliance, and support line-centric teams through preventative maintenance and rapid fault remediation.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical skills, knowledge of CMMS, and the ability to work overtime as needed.-English proficiency and a two-year technical degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent hands-on training.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Proven experience with NPN/PNP sensors and VFDs in automation and control systems.
• Must have Forklift license or able to complete training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on production equipment, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Install, operate, maintain, and repair high voltage (480V) systems.
• Lead maintenance in assigned area teams to support line-centric operations.
• Complete preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime.
• Document all maintenance work in the CMMS system.
