Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the night shift (5pm–5:30am) on a 2-2-3 schedule. You will diagnose equipment issues, repair and maintain industrial machinery including hydraulic/pneumatic systems, motors, VFD/Servo controls, conveyors, and boilers.

Strong schematic-reading and testing device skills are required. Starting pay ranges from $30.15 to $34.03 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment required.
• Ability to trouble-shoot electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Strong mechanical skills with understanding of computerized/automated controls.

Responsibilities

• Analyze test results and machine error messages to diagnose equipment problems.
• Clean, lubricate, and adjust parts and machinery.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble machinery and equipment.
• Observe and test operation to diagnose malfunctions with testing devices.
• Operate and support industrial, refrigeration, boiler and utility operations.
• Cut and weld metal to repair/ fabricate parts.
